I serve adults & young adults ages 16+ who need support with anxiety, panic, chronic stress, depression, life transitions, self esteem, and navigating relationship dynamics.

Many of the ambitious clients I work with spend so much time caring for others or about others that their own needs come last. It’s overwhelming and emotionally exhausting, and it results in feeling disconnected from yourself and those around you. The saying is true: you do need to put your oxygen mask on first.
Taking Care of yourself is the best gift you can give others, and the most valuable investment you can make in yourself.
I use an integrative approach, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing. My goal is to help you find practical tools that fit your life and support meaningful change.
Therapy with me is collaborative and supportive. I will listen without judgment, help you make sense of what you’re experiencing, and offer thoughtful feedback when you’re ready to focus on solutions.
