About Me

I obtained my Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work from Rutgers University after graduating from Lehigh with a BA in Psychology. I spent the first decade of my career working in hospitals and became a Certified Case Manager. These years were a challenging and invaluable time as it exposed me to a diverse range of clients, caretakers, diagnoses, traumas, and social challenges. I eventually took the leap into clinical practice and I’ve never looked back. I am repeatedly impressed by the strength and resilience of the individuals I meet in the therapy room and I feel honored to be a part of their journeys.

My approach to therapy is integrative because no two clients are the same. I draw principles from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing to tailor treatment to each individual. Research shows the quality of the therapeutic relationship is paramount to any intervention, so I will always make earning and maintaining your trust a priority.

I aim to help you set and achieve your goals, big or small. I want you to break free from the cycle of stress, anxiety, and sadness. You are invited to reflect on your unique story, understand yourself better, and learn to give grace to your inner child. I give you permission to let go of the negativity that holds you back from being your best self. You will have my full support in becoming a more authentic you, one small step at a time. I look forward to bearing witness to your transformation!

Maybe you are simply interested in wellness, being proactive in your life and relationships, and want to show up better each day. If so, I commend you and can’t wait to learn more about it!
