About Me

After 10 years as a social worker, I took the leap into clinical practice and I’ve never looked back. I am repeatedly impressed by the strength and resilience of my clients and I feel honored to witness it. I like to think of myself as human first, therapist second—and I think this shows in the therapy room.

My treatment focus is integrative: I draw on principles from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing. Research shows the quality of the therapeutic relationship is paramount to any intervention, so I will always make earning and maintaining your trust a priority.

My clients start achieving their goals, big or small. You will find ways to break free from the cycle of stress, anxiety, and sadness. You will reflect on your unique story, understand yourself better, and learn to give grace to your inner child who may have been deeply wounded. You are encouraged to let go of the negativity that holds you back from being your authentic self, and you’ll do that one small step at a time.

Taking the first step towards better mental health is easy here— Reach out using the Contact form or schedule immediately in the Client Portal as soon as you want. Let’s start Taking Care of YOU.

Outside of Work…

  • Millennial Mom of two

  • IVF is a part of my story, as is having a NICU warrior

  • I will almost always say the book is better than the movie

  • I drink too much coffee

  • I love to laugh and socialize, but need my alone time

  • Taking Care of myself means: exercising, drinking water, prioritizing sleep, quality time, reading, laughing, gratitude, treating myself to coffee out, and traveling when I am so lucky.
